Not as clear as it could have been because you didn't talk about a global way to understand it. Nuns, stress on the first, verbs on the second....it can help to put words in groups, the end of the word ( ty, tion, able, etc....) There are global rules to know that help a lot. I ve just discovered your channel and already subscribed cause I like it. Thanks for your help

i'm a native spanish speaker. Since we spoke latin we don't distinguish between the b sound and the v sound. There was a saying back in roman days that stated "happy are the spaniards, for whom to live is to drink", refering to this lack of distinction between the two sounds (in latin: beati hispanici quibus vivere bibere est). For this reason i've been struggling to teach my boyfriend how to peonounce correctly the V sound. Now, it's 1:30 in the morning and I've met your video, Gill. Pairs. That was the answer. F and V. We have the F sound in spanish. That's it. Now i can teach him. Thank you A LOT. You're amazing, truly the best english teacher on UA-cam. I'm really really thankful. Wish you the best of lucks, sweet lady.
